Multiple Station Synchronization Each Hynautic sending unit contains a special valve assembly which permits full synchronization. With just a few movements of one handle, all stations are synchronized. Any adjustments are automatically made as the system is operating. Ease of installation Unlike bulky mechanical or cable systems, Hynautic uses lightweight nylon tubing which is more pliable and less susceptible to abrasion. Components are easily mounted and the senders are hydraulically connected to the slaves, avoiding the troublesome linkage boxes found in mechanical systems. No Throttle Feedback By incorporating a double check valve in the system, throttles cannot be retarded by heavy-duty governor springs common to most large engines. Quick disconnect linkage at the engine allow for independent throttle operation while servicing the engine. Quality Materials All component bodies are made of 6061-T6 aluminum. Sender heads and handles are anodized aluminum; sender shafts are stainless steel. Cylinder barrels are brass. Neutral Clutch Detent A spring-loaded clutch detent on each clutch slave insures that all stations register a distinct feel when the transmission is in neutral. Also available is an optional Neutral Safety Switch Kit which prevents the engine from starting while transmission is in gear. All Hynautic control systems incorporate certain high-tech components. These hydraulic components are interconnected either with nylon or copper tubing. CL-B4 or CR-R4 Senders Separate left and right sending units are interchangeable as either clutch or throttle controls. The sender face is brushed anodized aluminum, as is the handle. Optional mounting plate simplifies side-by-side installation. R-13 Reservoir The reservoir maintains the fluid reserve and pressure for the hydraulic system. Clear sight tube makes visual fluid inspection easy. The lower charging valve section keeps all parts of the system under positive fluid pressure. SS-04 Transmission slave with neutral detent is mounted directly on the transmission. ST-06 Throttle slave directly attaches to the engine's throttle linkage. It is equipped with a pilot check valve to prevent throttle feedback. |
